All the info you need is here. http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/fprequest.htm
Make sure to indicate on envelope it's for immigration and the date you need it back. I got mine in 2 weeks.

Apart from FBI clearance, it is also advised to get the state police clearance from all the states you resided. I was required to provide state police clearance at later stage even after I provided FBI clearance earlier.

Hi,
Since you guys have experience in getting PCC for USA, how did u do the finger printing whileoutside USA? From local police station OR I can do it myself and send it to FBI as stated it in the procedure.

If you are in USA, you can do the fingerprinting from any govt agency who does it. I did it in Charlotte.. $10 for 2 copies. Try to find out if there is any such fingerprinting service done in your place. if not you can try to do it yourself by downloading the fingerprinting card from the FBI website. http://www.fbi.gov/hq/cjisd/pdf/fpcardb.pdf. Be careful to give clear fingerprints as they are very particular about it. If they are find your fingerprint not clear, there are chances that they might return the card to you asking you to retake it, which is going to delay your processing.

SO the actual issue is that he prints should be very good and clear, and      not necesarily taken by any athority....

I am in Saudi Arabia and in order to get it done via Police is    quite difficlt here thats why    i asked this question.

There is one JK consultancy in New Delhi. You can get your fingerprints done there. It has a fee of Rs 3000 for 1 card. You send this to FBI along with the CBI clearence request and the required payment.
