Hello,

I am managing directore of a company and applied last month. But they returned my document and said your job as a manager is not in the list.
Can I apply agian? this time  as a business management consultant for IT industries?

You can depending you really qualify under that category. If yes, go ahead and apply with proper documentation as required and any additional documentation that proves tyour claim.

If you think you do not qualify, then better stay away because misrepresentation can disqualify you for five years

As you say that you applied last month , could you confirm the NOC that the application was submitted for ? Are you a post July applicant ? If yes, it is too early for CIC to return the docs but will be interesting to know. If it was 1122 & the experience/reference letter was pointing to a managerial position rather than a consultant/analyst , how do you intend to change the job responsibilities you originally provided for the second application ?

Sorry to say but unless your work is closely related to the NOC , it is quite likely to be returned again.
