Problem with visa date

Hello;
I have got the visa last Sep 2006 and it expired almost a year now (on Dec 2006).  I never landed.  Is there anyway that I can renew the visa or do I have to start all over again.  And is there any special consideration for people who are applying for the second time if I have to re-apply, I mean processing time ..etc.  I got the visa from Buffalo.

Nope you start at the beginning and your application will probably receive a little more attention, as CHC may feel that you are not serious in emigrating.
