I think they mean for you to copy their letter and add that.

i am not sure about the NOC stuff. But i am sure someone will answer that soon.
Good luck.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

I am now getting confuse, I applied under 1111, I worked as Financial Auditor in Dubai for a year, I started my CA passed a Paper but didn't went further as I came to Canada for PhD. I have MSc in Finance and BSc in Finance and Economics from UK and was doing 995 of the duties mentioned in NOC 1111 category as during my degrees I done Financial analysis, financial statement preparation courses. But now this case also buzzed me that without CA i don't think am in the boat.

honestly, i dont think you have to be a CA to be 1111. But i am saying this without any experience in the NOC. They do say that educational qualification doesn't matter.

thanks man you gave me some hope, My only reason to get PR is to get research fellowships so I can gain experience before I leave Canada for Middle East or back home and all the fellowships I checked require PR or citizenship. Thanks for lighting a candle of hope in my mind.

Dear ARMAN

1-There is no requiremnets whatsoever to have an accounting professional qualification,i.e CA/ACMA/CMA/CPA/ACCA,etc  for applying under NOC-1111.
2- All that matters is your JDs. If JDs match with that of NOC-1111 then every thing is fine.
3- Don't apply under any sub-category of NOC-1111 unless it is in 38-List.
4- Other options might be to apply under Finance Manager if JDs match
5- Dont just rush for 2nd application, get some advice from reasonable consultants/persons before choosing NOC. Pls share ur complete case in detail so that some advice might be sought.

Dear Mr. JoJobaba,

Can you please resolve my below query?

I am having AEO under NOC 1231. I got my file back by NS as my lawyer has attached single side copy of AEO instead of both. They have sent me letter with my file giving such reason. And also asked me to include their covering letter whenever I reapply.

Can you please let me know why they asked to include their letter? am I approved with other respect and only AEO both copies are required? What do you think/

I am commerce graduate and having 18 years of experience in the field of accounts and currently working with a private company since 1998. My lawyer has applied under NOC 1111, and mentioned this code in P.R. Form? would it ok?

Kindly let me know would I be able to get through? or suggest if I have done any thing wrong kindly suggest?

Waiting for your kind reply? Thanks in advance.

Dear Usman,

Don't worry about her qualification. Your wife need not to be a qualified accountant. If she has performed most of the duties of NOC 1111 then it is fine.

Relevance of experience with qualification is not necessary.

Faisal.

i think relevance of experience is necessary as i know a case of my friend whose case was rejected based on the relevance of experience with the qualification.
