well i have applied for immigration under noc 1111 i have been a commerce student and have been dealing with accounts since long...

I have also been working as an accountant with a CA firm as a junior accountant...

My application have been rejected and the reason stated is that I have not applied under proper NOC code... now I dont understand why they have done this as I have my degree of Masters in commerce and I have been dealing with accounts in my studies and also my work...
The other option I have is to apply under NOC1231 i guess which is a code for book keeper...
I am kinda confused but I will really appretiate it if some1 can guide me through this....
there is no other reason stated for denying the file... thank you in advance...

Was your application reject at CIO or Local CHC. Did you provide duties letter along with your application ?

You can actually appeal but you are late since CIO cleared it and CHC local office should have also as CIO did not intimate you of wrong NOC but I think it was as per your duties as per the documents which they matched and might be a different NOC. Which visa office is it

i ve put my file thru office in nova scotia which then came to delhi...
the duties as per noc were similar at many points...
the only reason they gave is of noc...
so if i change noc and put the file again...
will the problem be solved???
because 1231 noc is not as good as 1111...

can the officers make such a mistake of not checking the documentation properly
and make such a mistake???

i really appretiate ur replys Smiley

so i did send a request for appeal n same time i am also putting my file under different noc...

appeal process is time consuming...
are there any more things that i should be aware about...

did u apply under AEO? because with AEO it would have rejection as? without less than CA degree you can not be fit in 1111.

yes it does quote about a ca degree and it also says the other way round that the person should ve been working wid a recognised goverment firm which i have been doing since long... so there are relevant things that i have for 1111 noc how ever this time i will put 2 noc codes and hope that things will be sorted out Smiley
and i did apply with AEO yet such a problem had occured... Smiley

I am curious, if with an AEO, even if you put the wrong code, will that matter?

It is weird that you are rejected.
I think NOC 1231 is not included in 38 categories? and you can't apply under this NOC after 27 feb, 2008?

Dear Mr. Rupeshhari,
I am having AEO under NOC 1231. I got my file back by NS as my lawyer has attached single side copy of AEO instead of both. They have sent me letter with my file giving such reason. And also asked me to include their covering letter whenever I reapply.

Can you please let me know why they asked to include their letter? am I approved with other respect and only AEO both copies are required? What do you think/

I am commerce graduate and having 18 years of experience in the field of accounts and currently working with a private company since 1998. My lawyer has applied under NOC 1111, and mentioned this code in P.R. Form? would it ok?

Kindly let me know would I be able to get through? or suggest if I have done any thing wrong kindly suggest?

Waiting for your kind reply? Thanks in advance.
