Problem with new IMM0008 GENERIC form

Dear seniors,

I am having difficulties with the new form IMM0008 Generic. I cannot open this file with both Acrobat reader 9 and 10 version. I get the following error messege:

" There was an error opening this document. There was a problem opening this document (118)

Can anyone please advise me on this.

May be you should try and use a different computer to see if it works. I am not good at computers but may be due to some internal settings you are getting this error message.
