HI
i am posting my problem, i hope someone, specially those who have faced this problem will comment.

i sent my credit card number, but not the three digit number on the back of card, as it was not in fee form before December last year. Now from January onward, the form is updated having that three digit code slots as well. I have been told by my manager that your card was twice attempted a week earlier, but the transaction failed. Now i am worried. Will the application be returned or the mistake is on CIO half, and i should not get worried. Kindly comment.

hi mustafa

I applied on Oct 2009 ,I also send credit card number ,CIO tried also twice to Withdraw the fee but the attempt failed( I received immediately SMS from the bank inform me that attempt failed ) the problem was , my upper limit was 500 $ to be withdraw /daily , but I need 1400$ for processing fee ,

At that time CIO sent me e-mail in the same day inform me about this problem , and they give me 30 days to send new valid CC number

but unfortunately ,these days , CIO send the application back if there is any problem with CC , some of my friends in other forum CIO send their application back if they cant withdraw the fee

good luck

Really, its a dilemma, what should i do now. how to contact CIO now? i am afraid of paying the penalty for something which is the mistake on the part of CIO.

Send the updated payment form with the CC code, with an explanation letter to CIC immediately

Reference. From kathe post.

Hi

If somebody emails CIO providing with full data(name ,DoB, file number, etc,.), at
FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry   @   cic.gc.ca, an automatic acknowledgement from CIO will promptly dive into  the sender's inbox, but CIO will provide an accurate answer vis-a`-vis the enquire  in due course.
