Problem In Signature

 I recently got medical and have done medical too. The problem is that my wife sign differently at the medical form, which was the different signature than she had done in passport as well as in the other application form.
does this will create problem in Visa Issuing or what can i do for right solution.
i have to sent the RPRF , Passport and Few marriage photos.
