i'm edwin from dvo city . i want to know who else submitted their PR/LC2 application to CIC Manila bet. Aug-Dec '08.

Hope we can share our time line as well, for us to know if there is an irregularities in our application process.
here's my time line:
aug 04 2008  - received LC2 Application Form from CIC Manila
sept 09 2008 - submitted to CIC Manila ( via registered mail )
Nov 19, 2008 - e-cas " IN PROCESS"

Did you wrote letter to follow-up your application? Whoever in the Philippines, kindly go to the embassy to personally follow-up the application.

my wife faxed twice middle of july to  CIC manila and they reply thru e mails----
