My AOR letter from Buffalo states that my file has been placed into a "priority queue."  Does anyone have experience with this?  I imagine the priority status is a good thing, I'm just trying to get an idea as to how good.

Canadian immigration gives you a "lock in" date once they receive your application.  This is the date that your application is received by Immigration.  Your application has priority over applications (within your immigration category) that are dated later than yours.  This is not to say that they do not continue on with others should your case be delayed for some reason or another.  Some immigration categories hold a higher priority than others.
