I read in some other forums elsewhere on the internet that
"Priority is given to those applied under the new rules after 28 of February 2008 and after 26 of June 2010"

This is explain why we are late and why nothing new done to our cases

but how long the delay" can anyone help"?

They have put in a CAP for new application ( only 20,000 new applicant apply) after 26 June 2010. The target is to finish all the backlog of pre Nov 2008 application before June 2011.

They have 300,000 + applications pending to be finished...hence have CAP for new people now

If i understood the previous post, this means that
they will finish them (pre February 2008) before June 2011
BUT, Will they finish all the procedures for getting the visas or only document request step?

it is a chain if I understand correctly....

If CIO has less application as Intake (as per new CAP) then less application are processed (so CIO has more time to process the baklog)

When CIO start processing backlog and no more new application is forwarded to local VO they also have no new work other then taking care of old application.

So if I understand correctly June 2011 most of the people know what would be the decision to their application.

Again we are not CIO or experts here....take your own judgement
