What you are suggesting is not possible.

Your entire family must land by the expiry date. If you are the only person who lands by the expiry date, then you will have to sponsor the rest of your family from scratch later. Since you will be a PR (rather than a citizen) you will have to be living in Canada when you submit the sponsorship application and continue living in Canada while their sponsorship application is being processed.

Hi, scylla is right. The expiry date of the visa for all family members is 1 year from date of medicals, written in stone. If any of them fail to land before this date they will need to be sponsored since they cannot be included in the original application.

It will be very difficult and time-consuming and that is if all of them are eligible to be sponsored. Therefore it would be vastly better if you could all land together.

Can I please ask, what are the reasons that you feel you can't all land at the same time?

Wayne.

He could have some personal reasons for this plan,to be taken care by his family.
Anyway I hope he will seriously consider the proper advises of scylla and Wayne.
