I got a refusal in 2008,i applied again in 2008 and now after getting my ppr and medical and even takeng the landing fees i was asked for an interview...i guess this is because i previously got refusal
don't worry for that. its good . they need some clarification from you. actually this a crucial part of their duties and a solution point of them or for a fair procedure. therre is nothing to be worried .

Job duties. IO was satisfied not with the duties describe in the reference letter.
please share the causes of yor refusal. i am also in the same NOC. what job duties did you mentioned in the reference letter ?
 could you plase share it with us?

On Background/ Declaration form Schedule 1 - Q9 asks you about the previous application.

I tend to think that they compare the duties stated in your reference letter with those captured in your employment letter and relate all these to your NOC category.

I did submit my documents last month, got my AOR within 10 days and hoping that process will end smoothly.

They informed me in refusal letter that my duties described in reference letter is copy of the duties described in NOC website.

They did not do any enquiry. They stated in refusal letter that they have taken the decision on the basis of the papers in my file.

did  you copy these duties from the website? it seems  our time goes in disfavour. i applied under 4131 catagory . duties and responsibilities are almost same as it is given in the website. how can it come ? have taken any explanation in response to the refusal?
 dear, i think you should defend your part  against the refusal letter by the VO .

 dear, i think you should defend your part  against the refusal letter by the VO .
Unfortunately, it is almost quite expensive to appeal against the decision and the success rate is very low.
