This is my situation;I got the positive answer from CIO,to send the application to the visa office on November 16-th.I used the representative(counseler to prepare my application.Since that ,I can't contact with the counseler,on the last contact they just told me ;We are preparing your final application,to the visa office, which may be ready within 2-days.
Now since they don't give any answer to me,and all my supporting documents are ready, can anyone give me advise what to do?
Can I send the supporting documents, appendix A and a cover letter TO Visa Office explain that I don't have a copy of my application to the CIO,becouse  iused the representative...
What should I do? As You see I'm just waiting the time and  this office is useless.

Anyone can give me an advise.

Do you have your file number that you received via 1st AOR?

it won't be wise to send full docs without copies of forms sent to cio already. get in touch with your consultant and wait. you are not in a rush, are you?? is your 120 day deadline passed??

Thank you for the reply,I do have the first AOR number, and I'm not on the rush, but I have all the documents ready and isn't reason to wait, plus never know if my consultant  decides to answer. So,I better be prepared for the worst scenario.
Can I mail my documents to the visa office without a copy of forms sent to CIO.

Thanks in advance
