hi everybody,

I have started preparing final application package ready, and for this i need help from all respected seniors and all, who had already been applied for the same.

I have some doubts, which are as follow, kindly provide the clarification accordingly

1). BIRTH CERTIFICATE
I am not having my birth certificate, so i will be attaching 10th class certificate, passport photocopies for ensuring the birth dates.

2). TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS
Upto now i haven't travel anywhere outside India, so i will be just attaching photocopies of complete passport. and Is it necessary to get complete photocopies attested.

3). EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
Whether i have to attach attested photocopies all my educational certificates from Class 10, 12 and then B.Tech - which further includes DMC and passout certificates.

4). TRANSCRIPTS
what is actually a transcripts and from where to get it

5). PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
As I am having a professional degree (B.tech mech engg) so whethet I have to submitt attested photocopy of degree certificate or some thing else

6). WORK EXPERIENCE
I am working in a automobile industry from last 2 years. What all things I have to obtained.

7). SETTLEMENT FUND
As I am having AEO, So i think i don't need to provide any details of settlement funds.

Cool. POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES
From where to apply for the same, I have listened that these days even passport office is used for that. I had stayed in different cites of same state for more than a span of 6 months. So whether I have to get PCC from every city or not

9). FEE PAYMENT
Whether i have to submitt RPRF along with this package or when CHC will send the request for the same

plzzzzzz provide your valuable suggestions.

Thanks and Regards

hi everybody,

I have started preparing final application package ready, and for this i need help from all respected seniors and all, who had already been applied for the same.

I have some doubts, which are as follow, kindly provide the clarification accordingly....

Don't take mine input for final words, hopefully any senior will reply your queries.

1). BIRTH CERTIFICATE
I am not having my birth certificate, so i will be attaching 10th class certificate, passport photocopies for ensuring the birth dates.

I assume you are from India, if yes... I have read several posts that you can get Birth Certificate/ Police certificate by visiting your passport office, try to ask them, maybe I am wrong... one other place I also read about an affidavit as proof of birth certificate, in all ways, if you can't arrange .. try to include one cover letter with reason why you are unable to get a birth certificate. Hopefully, it will work. As in Indo/Pak, High school certificates birth dates consider as principal proof.

2). TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS
Upto now i haven't travel anywhere outside India, so i will be just attaching photocopies of complete passport. and Is it necessary to get complete photocopies attested.

I don't think you need to submit copy of ENTIRE passport, its bio data pages only, please re read visa office specific guide, if they request photo copy attested, then of course you have to do, otherwise its not necessary.

3). EDUCATION/TRAINING/QUALIFICATIONS
Whether i have to attach attested photocopies all my educational certificates from Class 10, 12 and then B.Tech - which further includes DMC and passout certificates.

Yes, transcripts in sealed University envelope, you can request your university to arrange all your transcripts in Sealed Envelope stamped by University.

4). TRANSCRIPTS
what is actually a transcripts and from where to get it

It may meant different by regions, by I think generally, your mark sheets which contains your GPA and Marks information.

5). PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATES
As I am having a professional degree (B.tech mech engg) so whethet I have to submitt attested photocopy of degree certificate or some thing else

Yes. as "3"

6). WORK EXPERIENCE
I am working in a automobile industry from last 2 years. What all things I have to obtained.

Job reference letter, written on company official pad, included your duties, time of working, salary information, and whether its full time/ part time job. Letter should include a business card of person who is signing the letter.

7). SETTLEMENT FUND
As I am having AEO, So i think i don't need to provide any details of settlement funds.

I am not sure on this, having AEO, surely you don't need to show required amount of funds, but maybe still you need to submit a bank statement, not sure, wait for some one else reply.

Cool. POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES
From where to apply for the same, I have listened that these days even passport office is used for that. I had stayed in different cites of same state for more than a span of 6 months. So whether I have to get PCC from every city or not

Depends on police system of your region, I think its general police certificate.

9). FEE PAYMENT
Whether i have to submitt RPRF along with this package or when CHC will send the request for the same.

Again, please read your visa office guide, some visa offices, you can submit RPRF when submitting full application while some advise you to wait for arriving that step. If case Delhi, you can submit along Application.

plzzzzzz provide your valuable suggestions.

Thanks and Regards

Transcripts are sent in original sealed envelopes from the universities directly to CHC

Notarized photocopies are also another optionto submit

All the best

C Lad

You  mean that if some one do not or cannot send orginal documents in university sealed envelope, than he/she has to send notarized photocopies of all such documents (transcripts, certificate, exp. letters etc) and these will be accepted by local visa office? Would, notarized photocpies, be sent in university sealed envelope?

is it like this?

Please......

So I had given application to unviresity with attested photocopies of all DMCs and certificate to have Transcripts. Unviresity accepted the request and will give the transcripts on 13 working days.
