Dear All

After all things have been completed and the forms and supporting documents are complete how do I arrange it in the package.

Should I just put the things loosely in order or should i bind the relevant forms and documents together using gem clips and staples ?

The VO specifically mentions in their letter not to attach the documents together, but in some cases this seems unavoidable such as pasting photos, or attaching separate sheet when space runs out in a form, or putting two related pieces of information together etc

What should be done ?

Thanks

No stapling - keep it all loose. Store all the additional stuff as an appendix.

Just make sure you provide links to the appendix.

Why not scan the photos and place them all in a word document with captions & numbers?
