Just pray that we dont get DM after the status is back because another applicant deva got refusal yesterday after staying in process for last 2 months
hello kkhan i just surprised and starting worry how he get refusal letter after being IP for 2months? he mentioned that becoz of JD mismuch. which means Background check include document verification remain for us?please froward ur coment What does mean IP with date? |

yes i send them mail at 9-may-12 and after 10 days i got standard reply that my file is under process or waiting to be reviewed but an extra line was that .A RESPONSE WILL BE SEND U SHORTLY.i am still waiting |

That's why we are all worried its not only him it's couple of more cases like him on this forum, IP with date usually means that they went over your file and you are eligible for processing till you get the visa that's why your application fee is not returned, in old days it's like getting the file number once you had that number you are 100% guaranteed that you will get the visa, to me nowadays its uncertain that one will get the visa after getting into IP state setting aside the medical or criminal inadmisibility |

khan bhai so u recieved 6 to 12 months letter and if yes then did u got it through TCS |

I just collected my parcel from TCS with documents and the wait letter, to let you people know one thing is that the VO office is right in their replies to your inquiries because they said that they misplaced the letter and they will send it on the next available courier as today was the courier's day, the letter is dated 25 April the next day of my case going into process. Thank you everybody and I pray for all you guys that you get over with this agony of wait and get something good in the mail because I know the feelings of it. This letter shows that one will still has to wait and the case is not decided yet but it's still a relief from the DM status at the moment. |
