I really now feel comfortable and got peace of mind a litil bit.So do U think this waitting period for > than 4 weaks is 4 good ?

i think so i IP since may14 and worried some on who has submitted his full documen on sep 2010 and IP on May 21 has got MR by mail on other side some people have got refusal mail. i'm confused on what base this things will happen. pls commenc on that

It depend upon the visa office for getting medical.

As far as LVO is there, u will get waiting letter or refusal letter.

It can be observed from the list that the applicants after march are getting the letters and the rest had MR's maybe it's due to the visa quota or maybe due to the bill in the parliament

Yes bur the bill recently passed says that only the higher court's orders only be implemented if they are passed on or before 29 march 2012
