Your case has taken too much time too, have you tried to get the any answer I would say try CAIPS to see what's going on

Process time taken is 27 months once full documents are received so accordingly the documents received were in May 2010 and its May 2012 so we still have time so lets wait n pray If required I will order CAIPS by the end of May!

ppl who get inprocess with date hear something from visa office within a month rather in most cases within two weeks.I don't know what is going on with our cases or may be they are being handled by an extremely lazy visa officer . I too have ardered CAIPS, will share with you people when i get them.

no i dont have any relative to make them order for me, I think we should give up on our cases the more time it take the more dangerous it is

I have sent CSI and no reply yet. Also ordered CAIPS and will get them by mid June. Do you have anything missing in your work/education documents that can cause background check delays??
My work experience documents were not complete. I didn't provided job contract from both of my employer and I mentioned this in a note to visa officer. Perhaps this is the reason of delay.

a wild guess, May be we are among those applicants who are randomly picked up for education/employment verification. any senior out there, please advise.

yes my bachelor degree i forgot to send it with my full application but i sent my masters degree then recently i sent the bachelors degree on 4th may, but we were evaluated before they put in the in-process state

Regarding CAIPS, can anyone please confirm that only 2 forms will be submitted:

1. Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM5475E)
2. Access to Information and Personal Information Request  (IMM 5563E)

Also,  it is stated in IMM 5563E that completed form must be submitted to the address given OR EMAIL.  So, we have an option of just emailing the scanned copies of the signed forms...and of course the copy of the credit card payment?

Need to send my request ASAP.....please help....Thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am talking about completeness of the application not verification, also my NOC is 0111 as mentioned before, can other people say something about missing documents who are on this thread
