Hello to all,

Incredibly interesting changes are being reported in the ecases of the forum members.
My ecas,too,has undergone a change. The coveted fifth line has eventually appeared, "Reviewed and processing started on May 23,2012",although it turned to IP(without date) on 17/02/2012.
Let us see how the blows !

[Canadian Dreams]

Today I mailed my consultant with snapshots of my E-CAS & got reply that a CSQ had been sent to CHC ND. Will share the update as & when received.

Meanwhile my consultant forwarded me a mail reply of CHC-ND regarding "Letter Sent" line appearing in some Applicants' E-CAS. As per the reply, this line is virtually an error & NO letters were issued by CHC-ND in Feb/Mar 12 but a significant no. of applicants are experiencing this in their E-CAS.

Almost similar two changes in my E CAS that I observed today:

Outside : Address of my consultant which disappeared 4 months back has re-appeared.

Inside In Process :

We received your application for permanent residence on May XX, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March XX, 2012 to <My Consultant's Complete Address>. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March XX, 2012.

I reported this change to my consultant's branch office today & they will discuss this with their HO tomorrow. I will prompt them to send a CSQ for understanding this change & get confirmation from CHC ND.

For those who are filtering applicants with "letter sent in 2012 line" as a class apart from normal IP may note that CHC ND in reply to a CSQ had already termed it as an error affecting numerous NDVO applicants. This is virtually having no Affirmative or Negative significance.

If you think Applicants having "letter sent" line:

> Will be issued MR or other documents request prior to those who's E-CAS sans this line, then it is not correct.

> Will get letter of 1 year wait & will be processed in 2013 is again not correct. 

What I analysed is that actually we all have already got that invisible letter of 1 year wait for Finalization.

Some people here are IP with Date from January 2012 which means almost 5 months have passed. Assuming they get MR or other docs request in July/August, it will be already 7 - 8 months & next BFD will be 4 month again... by that time 1 year will be gone till it gets finalised. This had been confirmed in CSQ replies by CHC ND to some applicants including me that processing will be done in 2012 however finalization may not occur until the end of 2012/or after 2012.

However this "after 2012" is threatning with another uncertainity, above that Mr. Shergill's BFD of 01-05-2013 is something of grave concern. Below is the reply from CHC ND regarding letter sent line (I guess some other forum member had also posted this)

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

Please ignore any e-client status notices showing that letters were sent in February and March 2012. It appears that e-client notices stating that letters were sent have been incorrectly generated for a significant number of New Delhi economic class applications.
 
Unless we have specifically asked an applicant to do so, he/she is not required to submit any additional documents at this time .  Our office will contact the applicant to provide the additional supporting documentation if it is required for the further assessment of the application, including medical examination instructions.
 
We have your email address on record; these requests will normally be sent by email, care of your office.

Relax man. I believe you are active on this forum,it is nothing. Probably global maintenance by CIC, even though some forumites are of the opinion that it could be updates on applicants' files. In any case, it does not call for much concern. Cool your nerves, pray and be patient for successful conclusion of your case. You might need to know that I have not gained access to eCas too in the last five days.
