Hi friends
I gone through the MR dates of cases whose files were in Real process in the first Qtr. of 2011 and observed that most of them had received MR within 25-30 days from the Actual Processing start date...
Accordingly whose Processing has been started w.e.f. Jan 2012 onward will definitely get MR news in 2nd Half of March or April, 2012

No no information from NDVO..... Ours is a quite complicated story..... I applied for my PR in Feb 2010 at that time I was in Canada and working there under open work permit. I cud not renew my work permit so came back to India and I got married. My wife also applied for PR in Feb 2010 and we added our names in our respective files. My VO is Buffalo, NY and my wife's in New Delhi. Recently I sent a case specific inquiry to ND and also Buffalo. From ND we received a standard reply stating that its under review and will likely to get it processed in 2012 or soo.... From Buffalo I got a reply stating that they have sent us the medical forms but I have not received any forms till now. Waiting for it.... Hope something or the other works out for us. Its quite troublesome wait. Regards, Binstm  It happens sometimes with me also....we are humans... btw have you heard from CHC ND lately since your timelines speak that you got processing line & date almost 2 months back. |

Dear Paramjit, this status is reflecting in E-CAS of many applicants.
This could be another error of E-CAS but the only thing that can rule out error is the Date of letter sent & processing date.
This date is different for all applicant having this status.

Mine got a status update added:
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February ___, 2012. But no information about the letter to be send. Im a pre-June 2010 applicant.
Im praying the medical will be out soon.
