Yes friend, no such letter of 6 - 12 months received from NDVO but there is another letter in response to my CSQ which indicates somewhat similar timelines.

I had posted that also in this thread. It says that processing will start before July 2012 but finalization may not occur till 2012 end / after 2012.

I think ecas is an application which translate the status code. This is not a perfect application so every time same lines has not same meaning. But i dont think line of letter and date is an error. If ecas pick date from status code this may not be wrong. But another words "letter was sent" can not confirm that is letter really sent or not? This may be an order for letter posting.

Hi Nadeem, to be true & clear, this is not a good development going by your E-CAS.

Still nothing could be ascertained until the verdict from VO is received.

Please share when ur application got to In-Process & when it turned to Decision Made. Just need to understand the time lag between the 2 updates.

People are confused about date mentioned in point (2).

Does anybody have an answer/clarification to this?

1. April 20, 2010 is tge date when the 1st file was reviewed at nova scotia, sydney.
2. Feb1, 2012 is the date when 2nd file revoewed at NDVI or any other VO.

The correct structure should be option 1.  i.e. the date should be your 1st AOR in the letter sent.

But due to immigration from CAIPS to GCMS, some applicants did not got this status and hence now this line is added.

This is just my opinion.

This is just my opinion.

I think there are two different ways to process files. Assume this is an error and the letter date is for 1st AOR in (2) example so where is file transfer date. The computer generated lines construct with two part first part is static content and second part is dynamic content. Because every persons ecas show the same formatted lines so this is prof this is not human typed lines and so this auto generated. So there are different format
 that is used by ecas. Ecas select format for your application according to there status code. The date shows in format is dynamic part and this may be pick from status code or current date when ecas is updated. I think its pick from status code. So the both format is correct. So ecas reflect your file status and give you some idea only.

got in process on first weak of april 2012

noc - 0111
vo - ND
in.app in june -2010

i got verification call yesterday from NDVO..

first they called at home bcz my cell no was out of reach , then they tock to my dad abt me & my wife like marriage date etc.

then they called my boss - around 7-8 min they verify my details

then they called me and asked same question which they asked to my boss.

i m afraid there is some of contradiction btw. us

same thing happen with my friend last weak

i m in  very worry   

senior plz help any inputs?
