Hello Classical Beat, I just want to confirm if you have the following lines added when your E-CAS became In Process.
We reviewed your application & sent you a letter on XX, March 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your Application was reviewed & we started processing on XX, March 2012.
You have mentioned March 20, 2010 This seems confusing.
I have a letter sent status but the date is of 2012 & it is same as the IP date.
Please clarify.

Dear friends,
Back to this thread after a long while.
My ecas also changed to in process with date 5 th march and letter sent on same date.
I think that people with letter sent status are waiting green signal for issuance of medicals as the visa quota's at new delhi are finished(for applications between 2010 to 2008) and the the applicants without letter sent status are going with job verification or other checks on their application.(Share wht others think)
Now, i am also sure(cant share the source) that the visa quota for applicants(2008-2010) are over for this year at NDVO.

Dear classical beat, Thank you for your kind reply. I was thinking if the different ip date and letter sent date means doc req or verification pending. On the other hand, same ip date and letter sent date means medical is on the way. It is nothing but a wild guess!!!  |

@ NDVO - not a single application received any letter or line like letter send and reviewed and further processing started. i think only London VO send such letter - waiting for 6 to 12 months for finalization.
@ NDVO major pre june status is In process with date only ( we reviewed XX date and further processing started ).
NDVO - picture not clear till time ....
ONG/DBC pls correct if i am wrong

Hey Folk How it's apparent from IN PROCESS with letter that MR on the way? I have only IN PROCESS e-case with date which states processing started on April 27,2012 but no mention of letter. Previously at the time of 2nd AOR on June 2011 i received letter with 2nd file number stating my category takes average 12 months to be finalized. Need your input,please. Doc Sac. :'  |

hi, kavya, any ecas updates?? did u communicate with cic lately? there sud havebn some update so far, isnt it? tho it sounds sad but I fear ur case mite have been kept in negative slot(jst my opinion). n they wont do any thing for the next 2-3 months and afterwards they show decision made. plz share, if updates(any). guyz watz ur opinion abt kavya's case. plz share. Well I meant by golf dear. our consultants can get PCC from saudi as well

@ yeswecandoit & pharmaguy No this is not right buddiez... Infact there are numerous NDVO applicants who got this line of letter sent on the same date of IP. I am one of them & i started this thread because of this. My consultant is having numerous applications with lines.. Letter sent
Started processingMajority of the cases have not received any letters. So far I have come across only 1 letter from NDVO (other than reply to CSQ) which I have posted in this thread few days back. Otherwise no letters received so far even by applicants having letter sent date of January 2012. |
