It is sure we will get PR. in 2012. Lets hope .

I never intended to create panic and spread negativity .......

There are only 2 days left for new year ...,,,

At last new year,,, everyone one of us were thinking this as a last new year in our home country ....and expected celebrate next year in canada.....


BUT we all know  what happened to us in 2011......

Now i wish and pray we every one should get his dream fulfilled in 2012......

But we cannot close our eyes .....and should fight for our cause .,...

we all were lured by so called fast track system or C-50 rule of canada.....
but now we are the victims of unfair cic policies.....

Year 2010 was landmark for FSW -1 ,,, but 2011 was...................

if we talk about processing time till 31st Dec 2010 ( new delhi )
it was 11 months   which means they have finalized upto jan 2010 cases (2nd AOR)

But now as on 30th sep 2011 ...
it is 16 months ,, which means completion till may 2010

The last quarter of 2011 seems more worse ,,,  the processing time may  jump to 19 months .....

iff we talk most optimistic... i will be 18 months ....as majority of july-aug 2010 haven't even received medicals ..

So only Feb ,Mar, Apr , May and atmost June in these 12 months  

I WISH THE SAME SHOULDN'T HAPPEN IN 2012.....

WE NEED TO BE PATIENT AND KEEP OUR MORALE UP...

But we have to fight for our self......

we have to raise our voice and concerns against cic discriminatory policy ....
we need to mobilize and find some solution to our common problem....

I get my 2nd AOR in July 2010 still waiting medical i submit my Initial documents in February 2010!!!!

hiii everyone ....

i am silent observer of this forum from last 7-8  months,,
i really appreciate the contribution the members put for each other.....

i am desperately waiting for my medicals .....but really shocked to know that NDVO has written i standard email replies that Pre june applications (of so called fast track system)will not be processed in 2012.

this is really frustrating and disgusting for all dreaming maple leaf....

BUT some it may seem logical that they not really process pre- june in 2012
Because

NDVO visa quota for FSW-2012
 8000 (approx)  out of 57000     

As of 1st july 2011

M-2 inventory  - 4555 (persons)
M-1 inventory - 18927 (persons)

Pre 2008 inventory - 98968 (persons)(HIGHEST ACROSS GLOBE)

M-3  iff we assume total 10 percent of applications are  from NDVO then

total applications - 550 (approx) till date ...
total presons 550*3 =1650 (dere are average 3 persons per application).

we can assume  that between july and dec 2011 they would have issed approx 2000 visas to M-2 ...
so total M2 and M3 inventory will be approx 4000 (minimum) at the beginning of 2012...

but till june 2012 another 1500 applications (persons) from M-3 may reach VO..

So net quota left for Pre june and Pre 2008 will be aprox 2500
and more over major of dis can be given to pre 2008 due to their litigation...

so dis is really ALARMING situation for all of us ....
 I donn aim to negativity in forum but wann that we all victims of so called fast track system to fight for our cause and do some thing....

I REQUEST ALL SENIORS TO SUGGEST  WHAT CAN BE DO DONE....
