Hi all!
In my initial documents to Singapore in June 2010, I filled in my NOC as 4131 "College and Other Vocational Instructors". But as far as I know, the NOC hade been changed. I have just checked the NOC matrix and to my surprise, "College and Other Vocational Instructors" NOC is now 402. So am I supposed to fill in update forms with 402?

Hi all!

Got the solution from munnabd. credit goes to him....... "For individuals whose Federal Skilled Worker applications were received at the Centralized Intake Office before January 31, Citizenship and Immigration Canada has confirmed that they will be assessed according to the old NOC system. Yah, actually, I were so thrilling about my file after sending to CIC. An officer helped me to send it, so I cannot tracking the package. So, I had keep praying... Thank God.
Recent days, some cases have been refused because of the described duties do not match NOC. So I worry now. Because I dont have a doctor degree (only master degree).
Any friend can tell me about NOC4121 (University lecturer)? is the doctor degree a matter?

Thanks, tripleH. So far I can understand from your message, you applied as a Univ Lec. Did you mean doctorate degree? If it is, no need to worry. The responsibilities will show who you are. Whether you need doctorate degree or not Univ will think, not VO. One of my acquaintances has already migrated to Canada under your occupation. She passed masters and worked in a pvt univ as a lecturer. She did not have any additional degree like Doctorate, Phd. Be relaxed!! |
