Hopefully this journey will draw to the end within 2012. Being said that, it's kind of hard to remain composed at this stage, right? How did you fill the UCI (Universal Client Identification) number in Form IMM0008 of your update docs. Is it the File Number (B01234....) we usually use to check our status online ?

Daer I ordered CAIPS back in September 2010 and I received GCMS where I founf the UCI number for me and my dependents also. Each of us have different UCI number . |

Hi Classical Beat, Thanks for sharing your experience. Actually, I did not apply for caips. I had not got any UCI number from the VO's or CIC's previous communication. I also asked several pre june applicants. They also replied so. Caips is never recommended by CIC or VO, we obtain it just personally.. So, in case of filling my forms, I must not consider applying caips. Have u got UCI number from VO or CIC? From your message, I am clear we have UCI numbers but probably they used it once only for internal issue but recently they are giving it to the applicants. |

Since 2006 my status is showing IM even after sending updated documents during 2010 no changes made there. I sent updated documents by courier and showing those received in Feb. 2010. Thanks for your wishes. |

In Form IMM0008, there is "Intended Occupation" column, how did you fill it? I mean, should we fill our real plan? or it must have sth to do with our present NOC? i.e as I am a 4131, I'd better fill in some occupations relating to instructor, teacher? (though I'm intending to study to become a med.lab technician). Do you think VO will take this column serious?
Other members who are preparing, or had sent update docs, pls share!

I am not asked to send updated documents but still I send updated POC and Travel History today by courier to SVO. Let me wait and see. |
