Pregnant arriving in Montreal from Dubai need advice.

Hi Frnds.

We are Canadian PR holders(aug2010) and moving  to Montreal for my wife delivery so plz advice on below:

•   Can we use below proof of residence for health Card application as mentioned in the RAMQ website .
1. An employer's attestation confirming that you hold employment in Québec for longer than six months (the attestation   must have been issued not more than 45 days prior to the date the Régie receives your application for registration);
2.Can we use monthly lease agreements also?
•   As per RAMQ site all pregnancy related test are covered in waiting period so how to access these services.

•   Any other advice we should follow.
