Dear Friends
I am one of the 2007 applicants and I have got the document update letter but I have not sent my application to LONDON office yet. My question now if my wife become pregnant and I am the main applicant will this delay all tha application processing? hold the medical and everything? I am worried as you know the old applicants have got already much delay and this will be another 9 months at least of delay.
Thanks in advance

bro,

if u have made a mind to migrate, if u have already applied in 2007 case, u better comply with the additional doc request asap. firstly, pregnency doesn't delay anything. it's only that if the delivery is due and ur visa has come, u  might like to wait.

secondly, the timeline for 'old cases' is 3.5 - 4 yrs. while the avg is 3 yrs. taking that, ur 2007 case shall only be concluded by end 2010 at the earliest, or in 2011. thus, u have ample time, by then the delivery would occur. thus, u really wouldn't waste/delay any time at all. for ur info: AOR Jul 2007 cases haven't got their meds yet, what's ur AOR ?

hope that helps.
