you must wait until 2013. it could be either the next correspondence date or the case finalization date.
in CAIPS, it used to be the finalized date. it should be the same in GCMS. keep watching.

I sent my all documents in OCt2010 and got sec file number in Nov2010. On cic site status shows my address and file received nothing else. Could anybody tell me when can i get medical? Any ideas?

nothing to do, thousands others are waiting like you. everyone is waiting for 2012. Visa quota for 2011 is finished. Ministerial instruction is now being executed on 2011 applicants.

Hi Maran, Going by the notes, I think it's a long road ahead there was one due date and it's already passed on 29/09/11. It's almost after a year , somebody picked up file and verified my IELTs and age , gave me points for same as well.rest nothing has been started Hi Sandy, thanks for sharing the update. in the year 2010, visa quota for CHC Singapore was 1100 ( inclusive of PA's and their dependents), for other offices such as London, it was. 7500-11,000. MI is what the minister orders CIC to execute in the next one year. MI-1, MI-2, MI-3 etc.

FOSS is the check done in Canada and in your case it is done for you.
Sometimes Caips contains Foss notes and vice versa.
In particular if you have a file in outside of Canada the Caipsnotes may
appear in Foss but not all Caips screens. You can ask for both sets of
notes and electronic files if you have a overseas file number and a Client
ID number. Even if you only think you have a file in canada and do not have
a Client ID number you can ask if you have any record in Foss.
FOSS is for inland applicants. Were u in Canada before, or r u residing in Canada?

CIC has significantly reduced its funding on background checks and the processing time as you can all see, has increased sharply. whats your Visa Office and NOC? when did you apply?
