New Delhi Visa office has approved my documents which was sent last year.

Total points given : 72

Mentioned in my CAIPS that the immigratrion officer is satisfied that I will become economically established in Canada and that he is satisfied with the points and documents.


BFD is 18/05/2012 - Don't really know what does that means.

Hopefully medicals soon.

The B/F date is only there in case nothing happens in the meantime. If KDSTTL gets a medical request or is asked for his passport this can happen tomorrow and a new B/f date established. There is a lot of confusion about this.

Probably most of the people who recently went "in process" and have not been asked for additional information are in the same situation as KDSTTL.

The medical and passport requests are handled by a sub unit of the VO called the ECU (Economic Class Unit) and they will have already received the request to deal with these issues based on the last time his file was reviewed. That is stated in the CAIPS report.

So good luck to all - your are all very close to your dreams.

Can you please send me the filled forms (obviously ommit your personal information on it) you sent? It will help me a lot as to what information I should provide on the forms.

PM me your email ID. I will send you the forms by marking only the places which I filled and leaving blank all others.

My relative DID NOT fill any landing records etc. and DID NOT had to send any photocopies of her Citizenship/PR card. Just 2 forms and $5 check and I got CAIPS directly in my email after 5 weeks.

I got also my CAIPS recently and my BFD is 08/06/2012 and my calculated points are 72. can you please tell me where in the note was Mentioned  "that the immigratrion officer is satisfied that I will become economically established in Canada and that he is satisfied with the points and documents".

Good job done by you by putting all the names on sheet.However,I feel that you should mention FD sent to ND VO rather than file to CIO.This is because ND VO is working based on the FD received that .Also they have mentioned this thing in the CSI i sent them.SO request you to add FD sent to ND VO.I think ND VO is now working on FD sent to them till Sept-OCt 2010 and they are getting IP status too...
