I have sent
my updated documents ,
fresh photos all family,
and PCC
today By courier
they had given me time for 60 days on 1st march but I have sent them within 17 days.
My Question is My next BFD will be after 60 days or they will send MR soon after receiving documents?
Anybody has some idea? or any experience?

Both can happen.
my view is they start to take immediate action soon after applicants send their documents.
that BF'd is in cases when applicants have failed to send any required updates and VO would open the file on that day and check for updates, if not found, letter of closure would be issued.

Ecas changed from RBVO to in-process Feb 28, 2012 w/ same rbvo details. I receive my MR request March 16 with MR date March 7. ECAS is still in-process w/ same rbvo details. In my experience, cases who went in-process w/ magical line "we started processing your application...." are not the the only ones in "real" in-process. BTW, my VO is Manila, PHL.

SELDEC 4_ Selection decision Waived (maybe till after ur BFD
BFD_ brought forward date that is d date when the VO will open ur file again
67 points _ very good u made the it the pass mark for Fsw application is 67 i would like to update my case
yesterday i recieved my CAIPS notes which included the following:
1- PSDEC 1
2- SELDEC 4
3- BFD 08.06.2012
4- point calculated >67
and couple days before i recieved a letter fro VO requested forms update and RPRF and new photos but no MR.
please seniors help interpretating the notes

Dear aamirdr
I recieved a letter from VO dated on 09/02/2012 requesting form update, RPRF, PCC, photos and they gave me 90 days to submit. and before that i have asked for CAIPS which i recieved on 14/03/2012 in which the BFD is 08/06/2012.
also i do not know if they will open my file only on the predetermined BFD regardless of the date I send my documents.

If ur ecas shows the following lines then only it should be taken as "IN PROCESS" in real sense of terms:
"We have reviewed ur application and processing of ur file has begun from..........(specific date)"
