Hello All,
We will be going for our medicals shortly here in the US, as we were reviewing the medical request documents we see that we just got the form IMM-1017 only. The instructions say that the DMP has the rest i.e. section B,C,D,E (IMM 5419) do these forms have our names on it as sent by the immigration or are these blank forms with the DMP and the DMP office fillup the IMM 5419? What documents does the DMP give us right after the medicals? What are the next steps that we (applicant) has to do?

Gents,
I'am still waiting the letter which has been sent from my VO March 1st as per their e-mail to me
I'll try to be ready what ever the setuation, so i need to prepare my self incase of Rejection what ever the reason,
Could any one tell me how can i let the officer to reconsider my file again, is there a formal way to do it?
or i just need to write a coverletter regarding this issue.

Hi Dear, I went for medical examination last Monday. After yours medical is being conducted the DMP will only provide you with the receipt of the examination. Keep the receipt safely. DMP will directly send the results to the Ottawa CIC. What you have to do next is send the VO office e-mail along with the scanned copy of you receipt of the medical exams performed or send them via regular mail just to inform you have under gone the medicals. Normally it takes a week or two to get the blood and other tests results to DMP, so give the DMP a call at least after a week and ask them if they have already sent the results to CIC, and also ask DMP for the courier tracking number, with that you can assure the delivery of the results. and after that just wait for any further correspondence from respective VO. Welcome Aboard Buddy, We all are in the same Cruise heading towards "MR island" after a short stay next Hop will be "PPR beach" where we can relax then finally with Maple leaf stickers our cruise will touch "Canadian Shore"  |

Dear all,
I just want to get your opinion. I received a request letter for updation of our documents including request of original IELTS test result. I got all the rest of the documents required but I have problem with my IELTS. I sent the original copy to London VO last May 2010 but now they are requesting again. I asked the British Council to forward copy of my IELTS to london VO but unfortunately since it was done 2 years ago they don't have copy on their data base anymore and hence they cannot send the same.
Do I need to retake the exam? the next test date is 31 March and my deadline is April 20, 2012. result wil be available soonest after 15 days if no problem with the system.last time I took their system was down and I got the result after 1.50 months.
Is my photocopy of previous IELTS will suffice? so worried I might loose this chance because of this petty things. PLEASE GUIDE ME!

Hi was the medicals sent by email and were there any attached forms.i am asking cos I havebeen informed via email that I have to do some medical and that the instructions has been sent by post mail.Pleeas ehow did ur forms arrive,by email or by post
