CAIPS is not always 100% correct.
I dont know if they deliberately do that but do as one of the members just said.

Hello aamirdr, By this month end, we should get some clue on InProcess whether it is LOLLYPOP  or Happy hope...  No.... Now I dont think so its lollypop its something real going on.... and main activity from Jan 2012 is on pre june cases other all are slow now |

Hi, I need your advise on my current situation. I applied for PR in April 2010. My company sent me to USA on work visa around April 2011. Before coming to USA, I informed Canadian Embassy that I am going for a 3 months work related trip to USA and that my correspondence address will remains the same. My stay in USA was extended to long term (Till Jan 2014) on request of client around July 2011. Since then I am in USA. I didn't informed Canadian Embassy about this extension in USA. Issues for which I need your advise: 1) As per Canadian Embassy, I should be in India after July 2011. Is this a problem? 2) If any Medical request comes and I send medicals from USA. Will they questions my location? 3) If PP request comes then how I should manage sending PP to India. I have seen lot of informed and good people in this forum who helps others like us with their useful advises. Thanks! in advance and keep the spirit high through this forum  |
