Sir,I would request u to send the required information/docs,ASAP.It is my considered oinion that if ur docs reaCh VO before marked BFD i.e.08/06/2012,ur file may be dealt even before the said date for ascertaining the fact that u have complied with the instructions emenated from VO.if so,u will get into the next satge of processing system,namely MR+SUBMISSION OF LANDING FEE+PPR,having being marked  with fresh BFD which may even prepone the aforesaid date.
so,sir,go ahead with compliance of VO'S INSTRUCTIONS IMNEDIATELY.

Dear aamirdr
I recieved a letter from VO dated on 09/02/2012 requesting form update, RPRF, PCC,  photos and they gave me 90 days to submit. and before that i have asked for CAIPS which i recieved on 14/03/2012 in which the BFD is 08/06/2012.
also i do not know if they will open my file only on the predetermined BFD regardless of the date I send my documents.

Dear All

I have sent updated documents on 17 march

They had never asked me about travel histroy ...I have sent voluntarily...
I had 17 visits in different countries.... all were just for recreation  ( tourism)
I had mentioned that


I just want to ask ....my travel history could delay my MR or further processing
OR it is good and it will not have any effect on further processing?

Tourism in 17 countries ! thats a long list.
it could have delayed the processing time but you had no other option but to declare your travel record. Suppose, you have traveled to Mongolia or countries like Congo or Guinea-Bissau where its hard to get responses from the government authorities; this could create some delay.

I guess your application has already well passed that phase of investigation on your travel history. you applied in 2009. should have completed by now.

Hi All,

Got my CAIPS.

New Delhi Visa office has approved my documents which was sent last year.

Total points given : 72

Mentioned in my CAIPS that the immigratrion officer is satisfied that I will become economically established in Canada and that he is satisfied with the points and documents.


BFD is 18/05/2012 - Don't really know what does that means.

Hopefully medicals soon.

The B/F date is only there in case nothing happens in the meantime. If KDSTTL gets a medical request or is asked for his passport this can happen tomorrow and a new B/f date established. There is a lot of confusion about this.

Probably most of the people who recently went "in process" and have not been asked for additional information are in the same situation as KDSTTL.

The medical and passport requests are handled by a sub unit of the VO called the ECU (Economic Class Unit) and they will have already received the request to deal with these issues based on the last time his file was reviewed. That is stated in the CAIPS report.

As per CAIPS NDVO doesn't need any further documents from me

Following three points are pending to finish my visa process

1) to send all pages of passport to check other foreign travels (only travel to Canada is involved in my case, and they have mentioned that they are satisfied with my travel to Canada)
2) to send original Passport to Visa Office for stamping
3) to send medicals

How to get police clearance certificate from district muzaffargarh (Punjab). I know the procedure for getting PCC from KP and islamabad which is simple and easy. But some1 has told me that nowadays computerized PCC is issued by muzaffargarh police and the applicant has to go there in person. I have to get PCC for my wife and she cant travel to muzaffargarh all the way from islamabad, due to health issue. Please tell me if some1 has any idea pertaining to PCC specifically from district muzaffargarh in punjab.

thank you so much for your advice.
in fact i am planing to send the required documents as soon as possible but they requested for RPRF and the problem i have already send a draft bank for RPRF along with my ocuments about two years ago. and last week i sent CSQ to VO asking if i should send the fees again and till now no answeer from them.
do anyone has expalantion why they request RPRF agian although in the CAIPS note it was clearly written that they have recieved the RPRF draft bank?

Sir,please  SEND the required docs with  a cover letter explaining explicitly the detail  of ur having already remitted the RPRF WITH PROOF annexed thereto.HOPE,this should suffice.

CAIPS is not always 100% correct.
I dont know if they deliberately do that but do as one of the members just said.
