Dear All.
I have read all  the messages posted by you in this topic. I am also a prejuner, 2010 and I got my Second AOR for NDVO on 13/09/2010  and my online status also changed yesterday and they wrote they started processing my application on 10/02/2012.
So according to me its not a lollypop, it's a serious update. To support my statement I have few evidences which I want to share with all of you. On cic website I found a plan for 2012 immigration. They said in 2012 they are going to give immigration to total 2,79,000 applicants in all the categories such as FSW, Investors, Enterprenures etc and out of these they are going to give immigration to  55000 Federal Skilled Workers in the year 2012.
So the program they started on 01/07/2011 they said they are going to take 10, 000 applications upto 30/06/2012. Lets say they got their quota full and in addition to that lets say they also got 10,000 application with an AEO. So the total application they will receive will be 20,000.
In the bill they presented in parliament they said in 2012 they said they will immigration to 55,000 FSWs in 2012. So the rest of 35,000 applicants will be from 38 categories. So according to me it's a serious change in status of all the prejuners and its not a lollypop.
