i appreciate your courage. but this is CHC ND we are dealing with. we can raise our voices, only when some injustice or cruelty has happened on us.
no one has forced us to apply for Canada PR. it is our own wish and desperation to get the PR visa. c'mon we can't force CHC ND to give us our visas within so and so time. and i m sure they won't bow down to any demands. it is not as if we have become destitute and living on streets. we r living in our comfortable AC rooms. nor has there any natural disaster occured in india, like haiti, that CHC ND comes to our rescue and evacuate us and send us to canada ASAP. nor is there any threat of attack from other country that CHC ND grants us REFUGEE status or entry on HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS, just like afghanistan. so relax and enjoy your limited time in india. and remember 1 thing

Well said!!! We don't have a point to fight against the system which is not like with India. They are doing their job and had some problems in between like Haiti earthquake. And then the NOC priorities changed. They only are giving an opportunity to immigrate which is not by force or by request. In view of the too many people applying the cases have piled up and they are slowly clearing them off.

We need to be patient. Everyone has a problem with this and almost everyone knows that this is only a try. It may not be 100% successful for everyone who applies, touchwood! It is common for everyone of us to get restless as time passes but then we have no other choice at this point, unless we complete the specified 8-10 months period. But yes, if the stipulated 8-10 months period is done with we have a point to raise to the CIC and get our doubts clarified. That would define your course of action.

Let's be patient, allow some more time, we waited all these days, let's wait for some more days, there is nothing we are going to lose. The more we are patient the more fruitful and satisfactory our results would be.

We have done our part, now let's wait for HIS part to be done! Have the confidence, confidence takes you places and gets you success.

tell about my case, what should I do?
I submitted my all the CHC Docs to new Delhi on 24 June 2010 and received a letter with new file number on 28 June 2010, since then I have no updates .

Plz suggest me wht should I do. I sent many mails to visa office but no response.
