My status is as follows, Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete, i receive their letter by email on october 4th where i got instruction to send complete docs. to the VO. VO received full docs on Nov. 23, I have been waiting since then. |

EVERYTHING FINISHED FOR ME.........I hv got rejection frm CHC ND....but d reason is realy surprising me...they said ....they r nt satisfied wid my employment nd r nt satisfied wid my job duties. plz help me frndz coz i hv genuine job n experience. how can i convince thm? they hvnt even enquired abt anythng frm my employer ...on wat basis they hv rejected my file....m totally lost!  Very sad news!! Take heart khushikahlon. I suggest you send a mail to them if you think you met all criteria. Moreso, if your NOC is still in demand you can apply again, if not wait untill sometime this year, which I think new NOCs will be out and if you are lucky you can re-apply. All the best and please keep us informed. We will continue to remember you in our prayers. |
