Are we supposed to do IELTS again?
While asking for updated documents (which VO is doing for pre-june cases), they are giving the applicant chance to provide an improved IELTS result, if he/she wants to. This is optional and in case you do not submit improved scores, your file will be processed based on result submitted along with other documents. I hope this is clear! Wish you and all pre-juner bast of luck & hope we all r in canada by Dec-12. |

You should demonstrate your relationship with your brother by providing the relevant document
1 Birth certificate of your brother
2Did he include you in his application for permanent residence in Canada?
PR and bank statement are not enough to establish your relationship with him

Dear RKV proof of relationship is not PR Card it should be one of the following 1) Your and your brother birth certificate showing your father name 2) Your and your brother Educational documents showing your father name 3) Your and your brother Passport showing your parents name Check with your consultant if you can challange it but I want to be wrong in it that you cannot challange it as they have clearly said in request document letter that if you fail to submit some documents a decision will be taken on the basis of submitted documents Or send them a CSQ attaching some or all of above to prove your relationsship. and hope for the best. Please do not waste any time in submitting above or else after some time you will not be able to access you status online also Another thing that would have backfired is if your brother in his application has not mentioned you as his brother |
