Pre- June 26 2010, Original Forms and PhotoCopy1 Question

I need your suggestion please,

I am a Pre- 26 June applicant for the Skilled Worker applicant. I have been asked to send the documents to Visa Office for further Process. The Guide for  ( application for permanent residence – Federal Skilled Worker Class, “The old Guide Pre – 26 June 2010”) says that you should submit the 1st Photocopy of forms to CIO if they advise to send the application to Visa Office London for further process.

It also says that  “Note: If applicable, make sure to include a letter explaining any changes in your application since your initial submission. ”

My Question: Now few of the circumstances have been changed in my application , because I had sent my application on 7 June 2010.
Now my current job Experience and length of the current stay on the same address has also been changed.
What should I do now? Should I change the forms and attach the explanation about the changes made in the forms? OR I should send the same old forms(photocopy1) with current date , and I may explain the change in the Circumstances in a separate letter.

Hello Aas,

Unless there is a change in your family, address, employment i.e job title and duties, employer...etc, then there's nothing to update the CIC about.

It depends on the circumstances.

Dear Mezo and All others who have read this thread,

As I understood you want to suggest that I do not need to Explain to CIC or Visa office about such minor changes in explaination letter?

The next Question Arrises that how about the Employment Dates in old forms about my job  ( for example started from Jan 2010 to Jun 2010), now obviously my job tenure is up to Jan 2011. So do I need to change the form with Current Date ? and how about the Personal Histry if nothing special has been changed except the passage of time ( i.e ) six months have been passed since the initial application. So should I keep the old dates in personal histry and job dates or I should change to  current date, and need not to mention to CIO about this change ?

Or in other words, if my job expereince has been increased then should it be changed in forms, or I should leave the forms same as they were six month ago? as well as the address histry .?


Anxiously Waiting for the reply, becuase the Case is ready to go and approaching the deadline.
