Pre June 26 2010 Applicants of CHC ND- E-cas as Inprocess, waiting for MEDICALS

HI..
I am just starting a new thread for all those pre June 26 2010 applicants whose E-cas status changed to INPROCESS..and r now waiting for MEDICALS from CHC ND VISA OFFICE.

I have noticed that many of applicants like me, whose ecas status changed to INPROCESS with same RBVO details and address missing...it happend in Mid of Feb for me and most of us...but till now not recieved any MEDICALS so far.

Guys, I request you all to join this thread..and share your views and xperiences...so that we can have a better idea of wht exactly going on with us.

count me in. my current status is " IN PROCESS", with RBVO details inside, since 8th feb 2011. eagerly waiting for MEDICALS.
but i doubt if i could get any reply before 11 MONTHS are completed since FULL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION.
my full document submission date to CHC ND is 24th june 2010, which means that i could expect something only after 24th may 2011. what do u think ?

i think you r right buddy...chc nd is taking 11 months on an average to process applications...but i can't understand why post june 26 applicants getting Medicals so quickly?? I hv read somewhere in other threads about that...everybody is confused...i mean some of them is saying that our pre june 26 people will have to wait longer..and some of them saying that our quotas has been full.
i dont know wht exactly happening...plz share ur experiences also.

Hello Jony, I'm also in the same situation, As I inquired to CHC- ND, They replied as back ground checks are conducting by some out side agencies so until completion of that checks you should not do anything and be calm, here is my case details- its 
 in process. I hope all the applications at that time are undergoing through background check these days.

We received your application for permanent residence on December 24, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 17, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office on April 1 , 2010. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on February 24, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.[/color]
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 22, 2010.[/color]

hi..i am also in process from jan 26th 2011.i have submitted full documents in may 12th...now its march 18th.if it is 11 months processing time ..i think friends like me can expect medicals at any time...so that the visa office could issue visa within the total time period.if it doesn't happen,it is our fate!!!but i have another doubt  which is, is where  the ministry instruction regarding high priority to post june 26th??i mean source????cic news???

yes, post june people are getting medicals really quickly. i think that till FEB FT cases, the speed of CHC ND was going perfect, but during MARCH it slowed down, maybe because they might be dealing with some cases which require more scrutiny and various checks. because of such cases, geniune cases  are being unnecessarily delayed. maybe this could be one of the reason. but i think CHC ND will issue visas to geniune cases, sooner or later, irrespective of QUOTAS or DEMAND. this is just my opinion. what do u think ?

 @ devu...to answer your last part from the above query..i just read it somewhere in other threads..it may be false..as they seem to be assumptions made by other guyz...that's the main thing..if CHC ND wants to process post june 26 applicants..so why dont they inform us the exact time within which our applications getting processed...nobody in this forum have any crystal clear idea about wht exactly happening with us..as CHC has not officially announced relevant change that we r assuming in their updated norms..

hi guys, it seems that you people are correct in your assumptions...i also sense this sort of activities by CHC ND..but the question is whether CHC ND will process our cases within 11 months period..or we have to wait more than that as of 2008 applicants..it would be a nightmare if the latter happens..see devu and others have already completed their 11 months..still no MEDICALS for them.??

wht i hv decided is that i will wait till my 11 months get completed..and if i don't get any further positive news from CHC then i will file a fresh application as my NOC still have space...wht yu says guys??

there is one good news for yu..i think u will soon recieve your Medicals..bcoz of the last line i.e. we have started processing your application...most of us got INPROCESS, but we have only RBVO details..do not have that last line...

and also i have read someone comment who has that same last line in ecas...and he got his MEDICALS recently...i m sure that yu will going to get it soon...all the best..!!

CANADA PR is a very TEMPTING PROPOSITION, but if it does not materialize, then one can't be stuck in a rut. what do u think ? well i hope and pray daily that we all get our visas soon.

see, if u do not get any reply from CHC ND, by April 15th 2011, then send them a CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY, because by that time u would have completed 11 months from FULL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION.
