PRE JUNE 2010 REJECTION START PLZ CONNECT HER

1st AOR 2 JAN2010
Docoment submitted feb2 feb2010
2nd AOR 15 JAN 2010
DECISION MADE 16 OCT 2011
REJECTION LETTER

I got the refusal letter from DELHI OFFICE.My Aor is 16 OCT 2006.After submitting updated documents e-case change from In process to Decision made.I knew that time but I waited the reasons for refusal.
I'm confused.My lawyer said that I should submit application for work permit but I want to fight.If they want to refused why they wait to pass 2 year,that is so unfair.
So please,share your opinion.

Why don't you explain clearly the reasons mentioned by Visa office, and your application details?

Imagine you go to a doctor and don't tell him anything and expect him to cure you.. and we are not even doctors. we are just fellow patients :-)
