I am pre june 2010 applicant.
I have received CAPS noted today ( its second time)
There is aboslutely no change in my current CAIPS notes... my case is IN process with RBVO details
 Except a new BFD 12-7-2011 , that already has Passed.
My case is still  in PPS

it is a big surprise for me BECAUSE
I have sent them  NEW passport copies and NIC ( with english translation) ( notoroized) of mine, my spouse and two kids with my fresh photo because I have beared now.
 THEY HAVE NOT UPDATED MY CASE WITH NEW EXPIRY DATES OF PASSPORTS.Secondly
 NEITHER THEY HAVE MENTIONED THAT THEY RECEIVED PASSPORT COPIES

secondly they have mentioned wrong date of birth of my spouse ) instead of 1974 they have mentioned 1947)
I have sent them again NIC and urdu tranlation of my spouse NIC  BUT they have not correct it yet.

I have sent them all above mentioned documents in May 2011.

 Please advice what to do?

Please check to confirm that the date on the CAIPS note is not 7 Dec 2011.

You can also send another e-mail to CHC advising them of the need to correct all u observed. Also document these mails

I have seen these type of mistakes done by CIC people in other threads.
Send them an email with that and mention the CAIPS's reference.

Some time they are showing irresponsibility and we are suffering becoz of them.I think their is no way that he listen and understand our problem.
