Pre Feb 2008 Pakistani Applicants.

I intend to start this threat, with hope and invitation to all backlog Pakistani applicants, particularly those who've applied before Feb 2008 from CHC Islamabad. All are invited to share their time lines and file transfer status to CHC LDN.

As I analyzed from trackkitt, the applications till 2006 have been transferred to LDN and few of the early 2006 applicants have also received documents update request.........we better be optimistic to get doc up date req soon.......

Dear all, CIC have posted new revised time lines of 79 months. what does it represent? whether from date of receipt of application at cic delhi, OR date mentioned at acknowledgement, OR date of processing as mentioned at e staus?BUT unfortunately cic is following neither of these.many of Jan 2004 applicants have already completed 81 months. can any one explain why cic not following time lines.?

 it may not be average time.when all the applicants due has completed 81 months then how will average time les than 81 months? I have been talking of new Delhi visa office for Pre Fab 2008 cases.

As i stated earlier, many of the late 2006 applicants have got their files transferred to London UK.... I got e-mail from CHC LDN that they would be completing all the file transfers (from ISL PAK) by Dec 2010 - that covers all pre Feb 2008 applicants including mine (early 2007). Right after that in Jan 2011 they would start sending documents update letters to all those applicants with a time frame of 120 days....so we should remain optimistic and lets hope and pray for that as per our belief..

Dear friends, CIC started calling for documents updation from old pre fab 2008 applicants from june 2008 from 2003, 04 applicants from new Delhi India. since then they have still close the Dec 2003 cases though more than 30 months have elapsed. they have not started Jan 2004 cases in full swing yet.It is suspected that cic will still take 24 months to complete 2004 cases if not late. that means four and half years for Dec 2004 applicant after updation of documents> Do you feels it is fare for cic to play the lifes of innocent people.? If cic were having differnt plans, they should have told the persons clearly that they have to wait for at least four years. Many of applicants have taken steps to generate funds for selling their house holds then, without any inkling of this delay. some of them have even sold their houses . But what cic has done? Realy very irresponsible and inhuman thing. Even  CIC still not telling the backloggers in response to the reply to emails that how much more time will they take to issue visas and thus keeping them in dark.WHY, WHY WHY

Well, whatever u r saying is definitely the voice of all of us....but the point is that we can't do any thing but just to wait and wait with good hopes and wishes. At our side, mean Pakistan, the situation is a bit different in that our cases have to be shifted to London as Islamabad CHC is no more processing our cases right now. We expect a fast solution by this. Let see....cheers..

As per the above stated time lines of CHC London, I analyze that after getting applications (from ISL), they might have processed it in 13 months......so as per their claim, if all the back log applications would have been transferred to LDN by Dec 2010, so all those would get decisions by Jan 2012 (that is 13 months time line).
How do other backlog applicants feel? Plz share.

2004 HAS HARDLY STARTED BY CIC AND FEW APPLICNTS ARE BEING ISSUED MEDICALS. SLOW PROCESS IN THE PAST MAY BE DUE TO THE VERY MEAGURE QUOTA ALLOTED TO PRE FAB ACASES. NOW AS PER NEW DIRECTIVE, SPEED OF PROCESSING WILL MOST LIKELY INCREASE AND HOPE FULLY ALL 2004 APPLICANTS WILL GET VISA BY DEC 2011. IT IS EXPECTED TAHT FROM NEXT YEAR FAST TRACK SYSTEM IS ABOILISHED COMPLETELT TILL THE CLEARANCE OF BACKLOG. HOPE FOR THE BEST

All 2006 (Islamabad) cases have been transferred to London..... in upcoming months, 2007 cases are being transferred to London (by Jan 2011 at max).
