Don't say like that... may be that was typographic error. And when we write , we should give few seconds for proof reading.

Don't judge a book from its top cover.

Please go to Canada job websites and apply for jobs. If your profession is in high demand you may get a job based on your qualification, telephonic interview, selection process.

If you get selected in the process the employer has to get a clearance from The Canada Government.

Once government approved you may apply for PR

I see that NOC 1233 Insurance Adjusters and Claims Examiners is in the list of 29 needed occupations.  I presume you already know that and have calculated your points.  You may not have reached the required 67 to use the FSW 1 category for immigration, so your focus has shifted to getting an arranged job offer.  This is not an easy task to accomplish if you do not know someone already.  Pun123 has given you some ideas and Nicholas and Kur have been helpful.  In the kindest way, I also wish to say that you will give yourself the biggest assistance in the long run by taking some English classes.  At some point you will have to complete an IELTS exam and there is discussion right now that CIO could establish minimum language marks for different occupations.  No one knows what the marks or NOCs will be, but there is a tremendous amount of verbal and written communication in the Insurance Industry, so that could be one of the targetted NOCs.  Without proving your language proficiency, I think it would be very hard to get an arranged job in this field.   All the best.
