PR to canada from singapore

HI,i am an indian national working in singapore for more than an year, i am very much intrested to move to canada as PR and visited the site cic and gone trough the test and qualified,recently after my assessement from the site of david cohen, i got mail from him saying that i am qualified.please guide me what should be my next step to proceed,can i apply on  my own or should i go trough any consultantcy and are there any consultants avialable in singapore who can do these.thanks alot.

I think the CIC site plus this forum will be more than enough to guide you and apply on your own if you think you're qualified, then you can save some $. Post questions if you have and surely other members will be happy reply to you. Please read the instruction carefully when you fill-up the application forms.

AS A STARTING POINT WHAT STEPS I NEED TO DO WHEN I AM APPLYING FOR THE CERTIFICATE OF ELIGIBILITY FOR THE QUEBEC,DO I NEED THE PROOF OF ENGLISH BY WRITING IELTS EXAM?I HAS MORE THAN 5 YRS OF EXPEREIENCE IN SOFTWARE AND I ALREADY GOT A VISA FOR QUEBEC BEFORE TROUGH A COMPANY (IT IS A SHORT TERM WORK PERMIT).PLEASE SUGGEST ME.THANKS ALOT.
