I'm a permenant resident of Canada since Dec 2006.I live in USA>
Recently I have got an offer from a Canadian company to work in USA for their US office. If I join them (in USA)will the time I spent counted as if I stayed in Canada?

No, unless you were hired by the Canadian firm (must meet requirements) and then transferred to US would it meet the requirements to maintain PR.
