PR Satus under PNP Programm and now moving

Hi there, we get the PR Card in 2010 under the PNP Programm in NB, now we are planning to moving in another province. My question is would that be in impact of the PR Status, have we to wait, because I heard something that we have to stay for 2 or /till 4 years are over before we can move.
What we have to look after? which are the best options
