Hi
I have landed in Canada on Jan 2010 and came back to USA stayed there less than a week.
Since then I am working in USA , I have got my PR in March 2010 and valid up to  Feb 2015
Next month (Oct 2011) I am planning to move to Toronto permanently . My doubt
1) Is there any issue going back to Canada as I have stayed almost 1.8 month continuously outside Canada
2) Will immigration officer  will deport me in any case. Does immigration officer  asks any questions why I  stayed long out side at Port of Entry  ?
3) Will there be any issue getting SIN card ,since i stayed almost 1.8 month continuously outside Canada.
 4) I have a new baby born here in USA about  2 month back , do I need to notify to CIC before I move to Canada?

I have heard that if you are stayed outside for a long  period ,that will create some doubt in immigration officer  mind also SIN issuing officer mind, Is this true ,even if I meet permanent residency  obligation( 2 out of 5 years)

1-3) No issues
4) Since baby is a US citizen and visa exempted, he can travel to Canada with you.  You need to sponsor it for PR once you are in Canada.
