Hi,

I have stayed in Canada from Feb 16th, 2003 till Aug 8th, 2007 on work permit. On Aug 9th, 2007 I became the landed immigrant. From Oct 9th, 2007 I was outside Canada and came back to Canada again on Sep 9th, 2010. My current PR card is getting expired on 5th Sep, 2012. With this information, how early I can apply my PR card renewal before it gets expired (intention here is I would like to apply PR reneal at least 5 months prior to my curent PR card expire)?

Could you please let me know.

Thanks

As soon as you accumulated 730 residence days in a 5 years period (i.e from Aug 9, 2007), you can apply for renewal of your PR card.
