pr renewal letter

Hi,

I have applied for renewal for pr a few months back. On the website I saw that my decision was made on 6th of October 2011 and I was approved for the pr. It says it would take within 4 weeks to receive a letter notifying to pick up card from cic office closest to you. It already has been 5 weeks since then and still no letter. Can someone tell me how long usually it takes to receive the pr card pick up letter?

I am not sure. I live in the Toronto area though so probably st. clair.

It is taking them over 8 weeks these days to send a pickup letter.. relax, yours will come

Check with you mailing address soon? They might have sent it day or two after you saw the notification on line. The best is to call the cic office and ask them about your case, But usually they send it earliar than expected . you have to check your mail box .
